800 Mile And More Challenge
Here is how it works:
You will decide which challenge you would like to complete.
You will keep a training log of all mileage you run during each month.
At the end of the month, you will submit that mileage to the 800 Mile And More Challenge coordinator using the submission form or by email.
The results will be posted monthly on the WJR Club web site so that you may track your progress.
If you complete your challenge by the end of the year, you will receive a special gift from WJR Club.
Some rules and requirements:
You must be a WJR Club member to participate in any of the challenges.
It is the runner’s responsibility to keep accurate track of all mileage. It is also the runner’s responsibility to communicate the mileage walked/ran each month to the 800 Mile And More Challenge coordinator. There will be a monthly deadline for submissions.
Races and training miles count. Any miles you would count in a normal training log, you can receive credit for.
All challenges begin on January 1 and end on December 31.
The 800 Mile And More Challenge is strictly on the honor system.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact the 800 Mile And More Challenge coordinator by email at: Mary@wjrclub.com or by phone at: 256-405-1032.
