Hi Raynard! I am excited too. I can't wait to get back into the swing of things.
Thanks for encouraging us to push for excellence!!
Hi Kelly! I heard you did great the other day in that hour run. You go girl!
You are welcome Kelly. Our goal is to encourage everyone to strive for their personal best. We recognize that every day is not a good day when exercising. Therefore, it's very important for us all to encourage each other daily. You've have done a great job! Keep up the good work ethic.
Sorry, but you've done a great job.
On yesterday, Pat, Kelly, Marcus, Sheila and her son, and myself ran the woodstock course at 6am. It was a good run. Sheila has increased her distance in running. Way to go Sheila. We had a chance to speak to Brook Nelson from the Anniston Runners Club and several others. Good job guys and gals!
Today, my son Justin and I went to the lake to run a couple of miles and then go to Anniston Fitness before going to church. When we got there, Kelly was there getting ready to run. We all did 2 miles. We distributed cards and had a chance to talk to several people about the club. After running we went and worked out for about an hour. It was another good day for WJR Club.
Hello everyone!!!!!! My days are counting down to run the Marine Corp Marathon. Pat, Dave and myself will be leaving from Birmingham on Friday to make this weekend a success. I ask that you pray for safe travel and the safety for all during the race.
I'm also very excited that our membership is starting to grow rapidly. Thank you all for making Walk Jog Run Club your new runners club!!!!!!!
Raynard, reading the comments on your blog is a great inspiration to me. I've had to slack down on running outside because of this falls unpredictable weather, but I am looking foward to getting back outside soon. Running on the treadmill is just not the same and I have to admit, I am not quite as motivated when I have to run indoors.
Thanks for sharing your personal committment to running and sharing your daily routine along with food comsumption. I have started on the journey to eliminate meat from my diet, but it's a process and with me being a life-long carnivore, it's difficult, but I'll get there.
Thanks again my friend/brother!
Hugs, kisses, and much respect and gratitude!
Havely - WJR Club Birmingham
I am on my way to running a full marathon. I would love for you to join me.
